    The pre-registration period (September 15-October 15) is now closed. The last online registration period runs from October 18 to November 15. This is now closed.

      Accommodations (The Hotel is now full, so no maore requests for hotel rooms may be processed)

      The official hotel for the conference is the Gran Hotel Pucón.
      Rooms are available on a per package basis only, which includes a three-night stay (December 15, 16, and 17) and a full breakfast each morning (December 16, 17, and 18).
      If you need an extra night for either december 14 or 18, please e-mail us at ams2010@somachi.cl after completing the online registration. Payment for the extra night should be done when you collect your registrations materials in Pucón.


      Registration

      General registration includes conference documents, opening reception and tea/coffee breaks. General registration fee for AMS or SOMACHI members is US$120, for non AMS-SOMACHI members is US$ 180, and Student registration is US$ 60.


      Cancellation Policy:

      Any registration or hotel reservation canceled by November 15, 2010 will be issued a 90% refund. A 20% penalty will be applied to any cancellation received after November 15, 2010 and before November 30, 2010. Cancellations received after November 30, 2010 will receive no refund.
